and it will only cost 13,90 € for Non-EU-Countries.

You have 10 days after having received the eyewear to make your request. If you wish to exchange the eyewear, please follow these steps.


1 First put the eyewear back into the original box and include the delivery note inside. If the delivery note is missing, you can print out the order confirmation mail and put it inside the box instead. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so that there is no problem registering your exchange.

2 Print our address on a normal sheet of paper and place the shipping label on the top of the package

3 Send us an email at: info@ninamur.com.

Please note: You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and please write in the subject “EXCHANGE + order number“ (you can find it in your confirmation email: eg EU12345).

4 Choose the model you want to receive and write name it in the email. Please let us know the reason for your exchange. It is not obligatory, but we would really appreciate it.  Also add any other information that might be useful for us in order to avoid further complications.

Important: Check on our website if the model or color you want is sold out. In case your requested item is not available in our stock the exchange process will take longer. Maybe it is better for you then to choose another option. If you are not in a hurry and you really want to have a specific model, we are glad to produce it for you.

It will take us between 20 and 30 working days.

5 We will arrange the pick-up for you. Please note that you will need the same address you used for the delivery.

As soon as we receive the glasses and we’ve checked their condition, we will process the shipping of the new eyewear.

6 After the first free exchange or return, the customer will have to bear all following shipping costs.



In case of a refund you will be refunded the entire amount of the price you paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refunded. The refund will be carried out the same way that you originally made the payment.



– Products are to be returned in original condition, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hangtags etc. still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging. In case of returning a damaged or defect product we will deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded.

– If you order more than two items, you can return or exchange at a maximum 75% of the items you ordered (i.e. if you order 3 items you can return/ exchange 2; if you order 4 items you can return/ exchange 3; if you order 10 items you can return or exchange 7). If rounding differences occur, the values are rounded down in the first periods, and rounded up in the last periods.
