FREE SHIPPING, FREE EXCHANGE & FREE RETURN TO EU COUNTRIES
It doesn't matter where you're from, we ship worldwide.
Nina Mûr Send orders with TNT. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and estimated delivery date for your package. If you can't find this email in your inbox, don't forget to check your spam-filter.
If it's still not there please write us at customer@ninamur.com.
_ SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES
and just € 19,90 to Non-EU-Countries and the rest of the world.
Please note that if your order goes to a Non-EU-Country, Ceuta, Melilla or the Canaries, you'll have to consider possible extra fees (import sales taxes, customs duties and/or any submissions stipulated by the local authorities) that will be your responsibility.
Customs policies change frequently, therefore we suggest to inform yourself about all possible extra charges at the local authorities.
_ TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT
You will receive an email from our courier service as soon as your parcel leaves our Workshop. If you have any questions or if you want to request a change concerning your postal details, please contact them directly.
_ DELIVERY TIME
Spain (mainland): delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days.
I-CountRy: delivery takes between 3 and 7 days
Non-US-CountRy: delivery takes between 7 and 21 days.
Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands: delivery takes between 7 and 10 days.
Please notice that our shipment company doesn't deliver during the weekend.
