FINNISH BIRCH WOOD
The same wood used in the aeronautical industry
Our birch wood comes from responsibly managed forests in Finland that hold the Forest Stewardship Council certificate. Its natural properties make this a light, highly flexible, and incredibly durable material.
Numerous airplanes have been built using this wood, including the famous "De Havilland DH.98 Mosquito".
EPOXY RESINS
As used in the naval industry
Epoxy resins are exceptionally water-resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures. Epoxy resin adds an extra level of quality to our glasses. Our designs have been tested in extreme temperatures (-3 and 100 degrees), with overwhelmingly positive results.

ZEISS LENSES
Sharpness and quality endorsed by many, including NASA and Stanley Kubrick
Zeiss lenses are the most prestigious lenses on the market, owing to their sharpness, clarity and 100% UV protection. NASA chose the Zeiss brand to record their apollo-mission, as did Stanley Kubrick to film Barry Lyndon.
The first photos of the moon were taken with Zeiss lenses.

Interchangeable lens system
Nina Mûr glasses are specifically designed and produced to be fitted with corrective lenses. Lenses of up to 8 diopters can be mounted in our frames.
